Core Motion Athletics training philosophy is simple…Train the body to work at higher levels of performance than are needed for the activities each individual uses it for. This idea applies to all levels of fitness: athletes, weekend warriors, desk jockeys, women, men, teenagers, you name it. Make the activities that you engage in on a daily/weekly basis as easy as possible so that last thing that stops you is physical weakness!
